Heart of Northside

During my experience at Heart of Northside I intertwined Xavier's departments with Heart of Northside's various projects to create a collaborative experience that lasts throughout both organizations. My time here was used to determine the feasibility of integrating Xavier's academic programs with Heart of Northside.

• To complete this goal, I contacted 14 academic department chairs across all colleges of Xavier University. During initial contact, I explained what Heart of Northside was and introduced the project initiatives that were best suited for each department.

• I identified four programs that were eager to begin collaboration efforts with Heart of Northside. These being the College of Nursing, the College of Osteopathic Medicine, the department of Occupational Therapy, and the department of Digital Media and Marketing.
