Shelterhouse


At Shelterhouse, I will implement home visits for newly housed individuals to encourage home management and address barriers that may affect their ability to remain housed. My capstone experience will conclude in December 2025. During this time, I aim to provide individualized occupational therapy services that support stable housing.

  • To complete this goal, I will conduct 4-6 weekly visits with a minimum of 3 clients who have expressed interest in the capstone program. visits should begin on 9/22/2025 and will conclude by 10/27/2015.

​

  • I will also analyze the collected COPM data to determine housing satisfaction and performance in desired occupations. The data analysis will begin on 11/10/2025 and conclude on 11/17/2025
